All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both Mod Instinct and the card issuer.
You may exchange or return new, unworn merchandise in its original condition within 15 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the reason for return is the result of our error.
If item is exchanged, ground shipping will be provided at Mod Instinct's expense for the replacement merchandise to be shipped back to you. Please carefully package your return in its original packing materials. We will email you a copy of the shipping label to print at your convenience. Please use the label we email you to easily track your return.
Once your exchange or return has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.
We also offer expedited 1-2 day shipping. We know how important it is to receive your items when you expect them.
All orders placed after 3 PM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.
For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to international, and APO/FPO addresses.
You haven’t already used the code. Mod Instinct promo codes can only be used once, so if you've used the code before then it won't apply
Did you enter the code correctly, without any spaces. It’s always better to copy and paste the code into the promo box.A refund can only be sent to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, please contact the bank for the original payment method to claim the funds after the refund is sent. A refund usually takes 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to your account.
If one of the items you received isn't what you ordered, email us as soon as you notice the wrong item so we may provide you with a return label. You will receive an email with tracking information. We will issue a refund to you as soon as the incorrect item is received back in our inventory.
If you want to place another order and the item is still in stock, please order through our website as normal.
