Once your pre-order item is ready to ship, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not happy with your recent order, you can return your unworn merchandise in its original condition with tags attached within 14 days of delivery date. Be sure to send your return within 3 days from the date of your return request.

Store Credit Only: Items returned to us will be issued as store credit only (excluding original shipping costs). Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase. This way, you can shop with confidence and find something you’ll adore.


Items purchased during promotions, including holidays, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, flash sales, and secret sales, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. This allows us to offer amazing deals on these items, but it also means we can't accept them back once they've found their new home.

Return fees ($6) apply: If you choose to return your item for store credit, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit amount.


Looking for a different fit or style? We’d love to help! While exchanges aren’t available at this time, you can easily place a new order for the item you’d prefer using your store credit. Just return your original purchase using our easy return process.

To start your return:

  2. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  3. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.

Expect your return to be processed within 7-10 business days. Once complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your store credit amount.


Returning from afar? While we don't offer prepaid return labels for international orders, you can choose any carrier you trust to send your items back to us after initiating your return through our Portal. Remember to grab a tracking number for peace of mind - we can't take responsibility for lost packages on their global journey!

We know you have to try an item on like you would if you purchased it in-store, but please don't actually wear it. If an item is sent to us worn or damaged, we will not accept the return. If we have to revert the item back to you, delivery costs may apply. All items are inspected upon arrival.
