Processing time: Orders take 1-2 business days for processing, excluding weekends and holidays.

If there is a significant delay of your order, we will contact you via email. During peak holiday seasons and specific promotional events, please anticipate an extra processing time of 2-3 days for your orders.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking:  You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Please note we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier.

Damages caused by courier: We are not responsible for any items damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and determined by a combination of factors, including the preferred shipping timeframe, the quantity of items in your order, their weight, and the destination country.

Please Note: The customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery.
