Order processing time We're committed to getting your order to you quickly and efficiently. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, if not sooner. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If there is a significant delay of your order, we will contact you via email.

US Domestic Shipping and US territories

Standard shipping: 5-7 days No Cost
Express shipping: 2-3 days $18

Shipment confirmation & order tracking  You will receive a shipment confirmation email and tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Please note we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier.

Damages caused by courier We are not responsible for any items damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping: 

Int'l Standard shipping: 5-7 days orders over $150 No cost

Int'l Standard shipping: 5-7 days orders below $150 $12
Int'l Express shipping: 3-5 days $26

*The estimated delivery time for international orders depends on the shipping method and the destination country. 

Please Note: The customer is responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier, such as duties, import taxes, or brokerage/disbursement fees upon delivery.
