At Mod Instinct we stand behind every product that we offer. We have a very comprehensive return policy in place to ensure that you only receive the highest quality merchandise.
You may exchange or return new, unworn merchandise in its original condition within 15 days of receipt.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the reason for return is the result of our error.
If merchandise is exchanged, ground shipping will be provided at Mod Instinct's expense for the replacement merchandise to be shipped back to you.
Please carefully package your return in its original packing materials. We will email you a copy of the shipping label to print at your convenience.

Once your exchange or return has been processed and shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to your email.
